Shipping and returns

What are the delivery times?

Since the beginning of the health crisis, we have constantly adapted to deliver to our customers within 5 to 7 days. Following the government's announcement of the 3rd national containment on March 31, 2021, and as has been the case for almost a year, orders are rising sharply, which can increase delivery times from 5 to 14 days, due to the crowds encountered by our staff when picking up your parcels and delivering them.

Which carriers do you use?

We use all the major national carriers such as Colissimo, La Poste, DHL, UPS and Colis Privé.

Can I return my product?

We always strive to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we'll be happy to help. Just send us an e-mail and we'll guide you through the process.

How do I get my tracking number?

In general, to track your parcel, you need to wait until it has been prepared for shipment. An e-mail will then be sent to you containing confirmation of shipment of your order, together with its tracking number. Once you have obtained your tracking number, go to the “Track my parcel” section to follow the delivery stages in real time.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship to the following countries! Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time. Europe: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden. North America: Canada, Puerto Rico, United States of America. South America: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Cuba. Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

I only received one item out of my entire order. What should I do?

Due to the pandemic, our brand is currently collaborating with several suppliers on certain products, to avoid handling problems. Shipments may vary depending on the warehouse.

What materials are your products made from?

Our products are generally made from silk-, satin- or velvet-based materials. Some models can be reinforced with elastane or polyether.

Can I have my product customized?

Unfortunately, this option is not yet available, but our team is working on it for the long term.

What if items are unavailable? What can I do?

In the event of stock shortage, our items may no longer be available on the site while awaiting restocking. Restocking times vary from 3 days to one week.
